Delivery & Pick up Information

  • For same day delivery or pick up, orders need to be received before 12.30pm

  • Sorry, we do not deliver weekends or on public holidays

  • Delivery is normally between 11pm and 4pm Mon to Fri or give us a call to arrange another time

  • You can choose pick up at check out if you prefer to pick up in store from Church Street, Maitland

Delivery Policy

If the recipient is not home to receive your gift, the delivery driver will use their discretion to determine if it’s safe to be left at the front door or close by. In the event that they are not able to leave it in a safe place, the order will be returned to us with the delivery driver leaving a note in the letterbox stating the circumstances. The recipient will then be contacted to organise re-delivery providing you provided the contact phone number.

Please contact us to arrange postage if you would like to purchase a corsage, buttonhole, dried arrangement or any other product that can be posted.
